Frank Hörl
Frank is a dedicated hotelier, networker and people manager who continuously evolves relationships, fosters employer branding & sustainability being passionate about process & quality management.
After placements in Indonesia and Malta he worked since 2004 in various General Manager and Managing Director positions for Hilton International, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and has gained expertise in the medical & health industry opening a 5-star Rehabilitation Clinic in 2009 for Medical Park AG.
He is a certified mentor, assessor and trainer having enjoyed training courses with Hotelakademie Koblenz, Cornell University and IMD Lausanne. In 2016 he was awarded for “Outstanding Sustainable Leadership” by Green Globe Organization in Dubai.
Frank is founding member of the Berlin Metropolitan University and lives social competence also as an honorary active Rotarian board member since 1998.
Austrian born he is enjoying Berlin since 2008 and decided to bring his expertise and network to SolutionsHI in 2022.
