Steffen Seib started his career by completing an apprenticeship at the Best Western Parkhotel am Kurhaus in Bad Nauheim, Germany.He graduated in 1995 from the Hotel School Frankfurt am Main. Whilst working in different departments such as Front Office and Accounting he gained valuable knowledge before moving into the position as Senior Business Analyst for Marriott International Inc. in Washington, DC.

After his experience at the Corporate and Regional Offices with Marriott he continued with Marriott International, Inc. as Regional Operations Specialist and Director of Operations at Marriott Suites in Chicago until 2005. After this, Steffen returned to Europe to become the General Manager of the NH Hotel Berlin. Further he supported different openings as Project Manager at the Holiday Inn Leipzig and the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dundalk, Ireland. From 2007 to 2009, he was the General Manager of the City Partner Hotel Fürst Bismarck in Hamburg, Germany.

Since Steffen joined Solutions HI, he is working for our projects in Germany, Russia & CIS as our Senior Project Manager, preparing the opening of Chirag Plaza in Baku, Azerbaijan, and the re-launch of the Holiday Inn Leipzig Günthersdorf, Germany.
