Roberto obtained the International Master Degree in Hotel Management from the Universidad Europea de Madrid and Les Roches Swiss School in the year 2009, after hig graduation in Tourism from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and participate in the Erasmus and Seneca Exchange Programs in France and Gran Canaria, respectively.

Roberto has worked in several international hotel groups such as Melia in its five-star hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria participating in a management training, and InterContinenal becoming part of the staff of the finance department of the Holiday Inn Madrid as Income Auditor. Before starting work on Solutions HI, Roberto was working in Starwood Hotels as a Night Manager in the hotel luxury 5-star Parker Palm Springs California, USA.

Roberto joined our company in the first quarter of 2010 as a consultant at the head office in Madrid, focusing mainly on the development of market research and conceptualization of various projects, supporting in sales and marketing and the use of new technologies in hotels, and giving ongoing support to each of the hotels managed by Solutions HI.
