Michaela Hoerl accomplished professional experience in the training field in the past 12 years for all levels of employees and managers within the hotel and catering industry as well for teams within the customer service industry.

Being passionate about hospitality and the service industry, Michaela started off in hotel operations and continued in depth training within the Food & Beverage department as well as Human Resources within international chains such as Sheraton, InterContinental and Hilton in various countries (Malta, Germany, and Indonesia). As a Training Manager, Michaela was a member of hotel opening teams for 5-star hotels up to 400 rooms, setting training structures and procedures (Hotel Preanger Aerowisata, in Indonesia, Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel, InterContinental Berlin).

Her professional experience is in the areas of: Customer Service, Quality Management including standardisation of operating procedures, Professional Communication Skills, Leadership and People Management, Train the Trainer as well as Coaching and Mentoring. Furthermore, Michaela is a tutor for the Hotel School The Hague and a German Hotel Management Academy.
