Juan is a passionate chef dedicated to sharing his culinary skills. His expertise helps to train local teams to use their original traditions with new trends, which in turn creates new and exciting menu concepts. Before joining Solutions HI in 2010, he has worked with some of the best chefs in the world, managing different Michelin Star restaurants and hotels worldwide and working as Executive Chef for international brands like InterContinental. Juan is our Culinary Director with over 15 years of experience and is in charge of the entire launching process, from the design and selection of the interiors to the creation of appropriate menus.
