Gonzalo holds an Advanced Diploma from the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia and has completed several management/business courses at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in New York. As training, Gonzalo did internship in some of the most notable European Hotels, including the five star “Martinez Hotel” (Leading Hotels of the World) in Cannes (France), the four star hotel “AC Aitana” in Madrid (Spain), and the five star property “The Connaught Hotel” (Leading Hotels of the World) in London (United Kingdom).

Over the past seven years, Gonzalo has been working for the company, “Vincci Hotels”, being in charge of the management of business units, including “the first Spanish Hotel in New York City”, “The Avalon Hotel” over the past three years. His experience as General Manager of four and five star hotels, covers city as well as sun and beach locations, with the following characteristics: 60 to 200 rooms; 30 to 140 employees; and 1.000.000 € to 10.000.000 € turnovers.

Gonzalo joined Solutions HI in the second quarter of 2011. In addition to representing the company in Spain and Portugal, his tasks include research of assets, brokerage of hotel properties and operation/management coordination of all hotel projects, among others.
