Frank has a comprehensive hotel background and experience in 4 and 5 star hotels around the world. Frank’s first contact in the hotel sector was in the Wildpark Hotel Spessart in Germany, as a trainee hotel manager including training in service and kitchen. After these initial steps, he continued working in Germany in the Relexa Hotel as Maître in the F&B department and later as the director of the department. This F&B experience led him to manage a catering company & deli with 55 employees.

In 1995 Frank began to manage the 5-star boutique hotel Rotes Ross Halle, Kempinski hotel chain, both in its pre-opening phase and in the positioning of the property for the subsequent management contract by Kempinski. Years later he went on to manage several properties of 4 and 5 star Dorint hotel chain in Berlin. And it was in 2000 when he began his international career at InterContinental, as general manager of the 5-star Intercontinental Resort Hotel & Casino in Jericho, Israel, with over 240 rooms and 18 F&B outlets After a period in Israel, Frank decided to change course heading to Russia to become the director of development and operations in Korston hotel chain, in charge of opening and re-branding of several hotels. Four years later, he was hired to work as general manager for the Diamond Hills hotel in Sochi, Russia, responsible for controlling all the details until the opening.

In 2010, with the beginning of the management of Chirag Plaza by Solutions HI in Baku, Azerbaijan, Frank joined our team as general director of hotel and business centre, demonstrating their ability to manage large projects in Russia and CIS countries in a very excellent and outstanding results.
